- NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.

- Weapons, firearms, explosives, or any content promoting violence.

- Drugs, narcotics, or any substance-related illegal activities.

- Providing medical, health, or pharmaceutical advice or services.

- Providing legal, financial, or investment advice that may be misleading or unlawful.

- Engaging in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any activity that promotes harm to individuals or groups.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these provisions or engaging in excessive or abusive use beyond reasonable limits.

All content provided by Successly.AI, including software, trademarks, and proprietary technology, remains the intellectual property of Successly.AI.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our services without explicit permission.

Customers who upload data to our platform are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights and ownership of such data.

Successly.AI does not verify, review, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of uploaded content.

If data uploaded by a customer is found to violate applicable laws or third-party rights, the responsibility lies solely with the customer, and we reserve the right to remove such content or suspend service.

Our services are provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for any losses resulting from service disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Successly.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Successly.AI provides custom AI chatbot solutions that are implemented by our customers on their own platforms. We are not responsible for how our customers or their users interact with or use the chatbot.

Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or harm caused by third parties using our services is solely the responsibility of the entity deploying the AI solution, and Successly.AI disclaims all liability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, especially in cases of policy violations.

If your use of our services exceeds reasonable operational limits, we may limit, throttle, or suspend access to prevent abuse.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately, and you must discontinue use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

By using our services, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits related to Successly.AI.
